A small, static website

The website does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, contact forms, or embedded third-party media. Fonts and product images are served with the website. The website code does not set cookies or use browser storage.

Hosting and technical data

This website uses Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare's content-delivery and security network, supplied by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested resource, and browser information to deliver and protect the website.

The legal basis for the proprietor's use of hosting and security services is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in delivering a reliable and secure product website. Cloudflare processes customer content and customer logs as a processor under its data processing addendum, incorporated into its Self-Serve Subscription Agreement. For certain network data and its own purposes, Cloudflare also acts as an independent controller as explained in its privacy policy.

International transfers and retention

Cloudflare operates a global network. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cloudflare describes transfers under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable and Standard Contractual Clauses with the safeguards set out in its data processing addendum. This website does not promise processing exclusively in the EU.

Cloudflare's published terms do not specify one fixed retention period for all website technical data. For processor data, its addendum uses the earlier of expiry or termination of the agreement and the date processing is no longer necessary to perform the parties' obligations, subject to applicable legal requirements. For data processed for its own purposes, Cloudflare's privacy policy bases retention on the processing purpose, data sensitivity and applicable legal or contractual obligations. This website has no separate visitor-log database or log export configured.

Contact by email or telephone

If you contact the proprietor, your contact details and message are used to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for inquiries related to a potential contractual relationship, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other inquiries. Correspondence is retained only as long as necessary for the inquiry and applicable legal retention obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests under Article 21 GDPR. Contact the controller to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.

Search indexing

This website asks search engines not to index it or follow its links. This is not access control: anyone with its address may visit, and search engines may not honor the request.

Scope

This notice covers the product website. It does not describe data processing by the SINGED desktop app or its mobile companion.
